Dr. Le Cara has been practicing Chiropractic in the East Bay since 2000. The first practice he established, Le Cara Chiropractic, focused on addressing problems and finding treatment solutions for patients who have functional limitations caused by neuro-musculoskeletal disorders, as well as designing comprehensive patient management plans for a variety of conditions. His own personal background in athletics, as well as his treatment of athletes and patients who have sports-related injuries, has also led to a focus on Sports Medicine within his practice.
Dr. Le Cara established SportsPlus in 2006 to specifically address the needs of athletes and those with sports-related injuries. A multi-specialty practice, he accesses the expertise of Medical Doctors, Doctors of Chiropractic, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists and other Healthcare Professionals in order to provide comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation and prevention services for his patients.
