Pleasanton Junior Football League,
www.pjfl.com, is a community football league that welcomes players in the 3rd through 8th grades, of all experience levels, to play flag and contact league football. Cheerleading training is also part of the league’s efforts. Dr. Le Cara has worked with this program for the past 7 years as the Head Field Doctor and Medical Coordinator.

The California Bears of San Ramon, www.sanramonbears.com, is a youth football league that has been serving the San Ramon Valley since 1989. It provides youth football and cheerleading training for 7 to 14 year-olds. Dr. Winter is currently in her third year as the Bears’ Head Athletic Trainer.

The California Cougars, www.californiacougars.net, is a major indoor soccer league team located in Stockton. SportsPlus is the team’s preferred medical provider. Drs. Le Cara and Winter are the team’s Head Athletic Trainer and Assistant Athletic Trainer, respectively.
